Benchmark

We are located right in UB City, specifically in the Shivaji Nagar area on Vittal Mallya Road. It’s a pretty well-known spot in Bangalore. Being in UB City 3 means we are surrounded by a lot of tall buildings and expensive shops, but our actual workspace is just a normal office. Benchmark is the name we go by. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes through the traffic to get here every morning. The traffic on Vittal Mallya Road is always heavy, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to leave at the same time. Since we've been here for a bit, it feels like a good place to be because everything is close by. You can find almost anything you need just by walking a few blocks down. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and people focused on their screens. We don’t have those fancy coffee machines you see in the movies, just a regular kettle and some tea bags in the corner. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with all the cars and people, but once you’re inside, you kind of get used to the hum. We keep things pretty relaxed here. There isn't a strict dress code or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done for the day, and then head home. It is a practical way to run a business in such a busy part of the city. We enjoy the energy of the area even if it’s loud.
