Belagu Tech is based in the basement floor of building No. 299 in Bharath Layout, which is part of the 4th Stage in Uttarahalli. It is a bit of a quiet corner of the city, which is actually pretty nice for getting work done without interruptions. Being in the basement means we do not get much of a view, but it keeps the temperature down and the distractions away. We are a small private limited company. There are just a handful of us here most days. We focus on tech stuff, mostly just building and fixing things as they come in. We do not have a big HR department or a social media manager. It is just us sitting at our desks and trying to figure out whatever problem is on the screen that day. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we run out of snacks, but we manage to get by. We are not here to impress anyone with a flashy office. We just wanted a place where we could work on our projects without a lot of fuss. Uttarahalli is a good area for that. It feels more like a community than a business district. We started this because we liked the work, and we have kept it going the same way ever since. There is no secret formula or grand vision here, just a lot of hours spent typing and testing. If you are ever walking through Bharath Layout, we are the ones working downstairs at No. 299.
