We’re located on the second floor of Rehmath Apartment. It’s right on Bannerghatta Road, which everyone knows is always packed with cars and buses. Being near the fire station is actually helpful because it’s a good landmark when people are trying to find us for the first time. We’ve been in this Bangalore office for quite some time now. It’s a practical space. We don’t have flashy signs or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through travel itineraries and bookings. The noise from the road stays down there mostly, though you can hear the sirens sometimes. We get a lot of people from the nearby apartments and offices popping in. It’s a handy spot if you’re living in Bangalore -29. We keep regular hours, and there’s usually someone around to answer questions about flights or where to stay. It’s not a complicated operation. We have our computers and our phones, and we just get to work every morning. Some days are busier than others, especially when the holiday seasons start approaching. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look like a showroom. It’s a working office. We focus on getting the details right for whoever walks through the door. It’s been our home for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the traffic and the local neighborhood vibe around here.
