You can find us at Ravichanderkarthik Illam in Kuvempunagar. It’s a house that we’ve used as our office for a while now. It’s on number 2196. Working in a house makes things feel a bit more relaxed than being in a big glass tower. We have the kitchen for our breaks and the rooms are our offices. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it’s a quiet street in Vijanapur. We mostly handle travel stuff here. There are a lot of phones ringing and printers going off. It’s a busy place, even if it looks like a regular home from the outside. We’ve got a small garden in the front that we try to keep tidy, though the Bangalore dust makes it hard. The staff here is like a small family. We know who likes their tea with extra sugar and who prefers it black. We don't really have a formal way of doing things. If a problem pops up, we all just gather around a desk and figure it out. It’s practical and direct. We don't spend hours in meetings. We’d rather just fix the issue and move on to the next thing. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We just do our best every day and keep the wheels turning.
