Bayer Cropscience Ltd is located right here on 12th Cross in the Ist Block of RT Nagar. It is a pretty busy part of Bangalore, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been in this spot for a while now, and it has become a bit like a second home to the staff. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place where we get the work done and keep track of all the agricultural supplies we handle. Most of our days are spent talking to local dealers or looking at schedules for seed deliveries. The Ist Block is a good area, though the parking can be a real headache if you arrive after ten in the morning. Inside, we have rows of desks and some old cabinets filled with files that have been there for years. We don't really go in for big corporate speeches or polished presentations. We just focus on the crops and making sure the farmers get what they need when the season changes. Sometimes the rain makes the street outside flood a little, and we all have to watch our step coming in. It is just a regular office with regular people who know a lot about plants and science. We have our tea breaks together and complain about the traffic just like everyone else in RT Nagar. It’s a straightforward business and we like keeping it that way.
