Our office is on the first floor of the Sri Sai Vaibhav building. We are located at MIG-118 in the KHP Colony, specifically the second stage part. If you know the 80 Feet Road in Basavshwara Nagar, then you know exactly where we are. Knr Roofing Private Limited isn't a huge corporation with glass walls. We have a regular office where we deal with all the roofing stuff that comes our way. The 80 Feet Road is usually buzzing with cars and bikes, so there is always some noise coming up from the street. We’ve got some desks, a lot of files, and usually a few samples of materials lying around. It’s a place for work, not for showing off. We don't use a lot of flowery language when we talk to folks. Usually, we are just discussing measurements or delivery schedules. Basavshwara Nagar is a good spot to be based because it's easy for people to find us. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Most people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they're driving down the road. It’s just a group of us trying to do a decent job every day. The office feels lived-in and busy, which is exactly how a working place should be. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to get everything finished before the sun goes down.
