You can find us over in Taverekere at the Krishna Reddy Layout. Our spot is right near the Yallamma Temple and it is directly opposite the ANR Kalyana Mantapa. It’s a very easy place to find because the temple and the mantapa are big landmarks that everyone uses for directions. My name is Basavaraj and I’ve been working out of this location for quite some time now. The area is usually quite lively especially when there is a wedding at the mantapa or a festival at the temple. It gets very crowded with people and cars everywhere but we like the energy of the neighborhood. The workspace is simple and we don’t have any fancy decorations or professional signage. It is just a practical place where the work gets done every day. We handle various local tasks and services for the people living in the layout. Often neighbors just walk over when they see the door open. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth around the temple is usually enough to keep us occupied. It’s a very local way of doing things. We might be sitting outside on a plastic chair when you arrive but we are always ready to listen to what you need. Dealing with people face to face is how we have always operated and it seems to work fine for everyone in Taverekere. It is just honest work in a busy part of town.
