Rama Infotech

Our shop, Rama Infotech, is located in the Trust Complex on D. V. G. Road in Basavanagudi. It’s a pretty well-known area, so finding us isn't too hard. We spend most of our time looking at computer screens or fixing things that aren't working right. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we do every day. There are always cables lying around and parts waiting to be put into someone's machine. Sometimes people come in because their laptop won't turn on, and other times they just need a specific cable they can't find anywhere else. Basavanagudi is a nice place to work, even if the traffic gets a bit much in the evenings. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The air conditioner sometimes makes a funny noise, but we’re used to it. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just know we are here in the complex. I usually open up in the morning, grab a coffee nearby, and then start going through the repairs that piled up from the day before. It’s mostly just us working through the technical stuff and helping whoever walks through the door. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times three people come in at once asking for help. We just take it as it comes and try to get the work done. The desk is always covered in screws and tools but that is how we like it.
