Essem18 Constructions is located at 64/1 S. M. Plaza on D. V. G. Road in Basavanagudi. If you know Basavanagudi, you know how iconic D. V. G. Road is with all its shops and the old Bangalore feel. Our office is right in the middle of that hustle and bustle. It’s inside the S. M. Plaza building. It’s a practical space where we do all our planning and paperwork for construction projects. We have been in this area for a long time, and we like being part of the local community here. The office isn’t anything too modern; it’s got the usual desks, some drafting tools, and lots of folders. We spend a lot of time coordinating with workers and checking on material deliveries. Being on D. V. G. Road means there's always something happening outside, and it’s easy for people to find us. We aren't trying to be a big fancy firm. We just do our construction work and manage our projects from this small hub. Sometimes we have meetings in the office, but mostly it's just a place to keep the business running. We’ve gotten used to the crowds and the noise of the market nearby. It’s just how things are for us here in Basavanagudi. We keep it simple and focus on the tasks at hand. There is an old printer that jams sometimes, and we usually have to give it a tap to get it working again. We like the local food stalls nearby too.
