Basant Residency

You’ll find Basant Residency at 9 Tank Bund Road in Brindavan Nagar, which is part of the Mathikere area in Bangalore. We’ve been running this place for quite a few years now. It’s a basic residency, nothing too flashy or expensive. We offer rooms to people who are visiting the city or have work nearby. The location is pretty convenient because it’s on the main road, but that also means it can get a bit loud with the traffic. We have a small staff who helps with cleaning and the front desk. We aren't a big hotel chain with a bunch of rules and uniforms. We just try to make sure people have a decent place to sleep. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow and we have to remind guests to be patient. We don't have a big restaurant, but there are plenty of places to eat just outside our door. The building itself is a standard concrete structure. We keep it as clean as we can. We get a lot of students and workers staying with us because of the price. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our guests just walk in or have heard about us from someone else. It is a simple, no-frills kind of place. We just focus on the basics and try to be helpful when someone asks for directions or needs something for their room. It's just a regular local spot.
