Barmawar Pvt. Ltd. is right here in Byrasandra. If you know the 1st Block of Jayanagar, you probably know how the streets get around here. It's a busy corner, and we’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while now. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Mostly, it's just us handling the daily stuff, answering phones, and making sure the paperwork for the business is sorted. You can hear the traffic from the main road all day long, but inside we just keep at it. Some days are slower than others, especially when the weather turns, but we are always here by eight in the morning. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. There are desks, a few old chairs for when people stop by, and plenty of files stacked up against the walls. We know the neighbors pretty well, the tea stall nearby is where we usually end up in the afternoon. It’s a local operation, nothing more, nothing less. We just focus on what’s in front of us. Most of the people working here live close by, so we walk or take the bus. It’s just how things go in this part of Bangalore. We don’t spend much time on decorations. It's about getting the tasks finished before the sun goes down and the traffic gets even worse.
