Barbeque-Nation Restaurant

You'll find us at House Number B.1266 in the NGO's Colony area. We are located right in Vanasthalipuram, which is a busy part of Hyderabad. Most people around here just know us as the local Barbeque-Nation. It’s a very active neighborhood and we are situated right in the middle of all that action. We spend most of our time getting the grills ready and making sure the tables are set for the next group. It gets really hot in the kitchen, especially during the long summer months in Andhra Pradesh. We aren't a fancy fine-dining place where you have to dress up. We are more about the food, the smoke, and the sound of people talking loudly. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud for some, and sometimes the wait times are longer than we’d like, but that’s just how it goes on a Friday night. Our staff works incredibly hard, and most of them are local kids from around Vanasthalipuram. We have quite a few regulars who come in every single week. They know the address and the staff by heart now. We don't have a big corporate marketing team sitting in an office. It’s just us, the cooks, and the servers on the floor. We try our best to keep the place clean and ensure the food is always hot. It’s a lot of work to run a restaurant in this colony. There’s always something that needs fixing, like a lightbulb. We just keep at it.
