Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited

We are located at 34/2 Kaikhali Road in Kolkata. It’s a busy part of town, especially being so close to the airport. Our business is Barbeque Nation Hospitality and we spend our days and nights focused on feeding people. The kitchen is really the heart of the place. It’s always loud with the sound of grills and the chefs shouting out orders. We don’t have any fancy corporate offices. Our workspace is right there where the action is. The air usually smells like smoke and grilled meat, which is something you get used to pretty quickly. We have a lot of tables and they usually fill up fast in the evenings. It’s a bit of a scramble to keep everything moving, especially on weekends when families come in. We don’t have a big fancy entrance. It’s just a door on Kaikhali Road. Most of the staff here started out doing basic jobs and worked their way up. We don’t care much for titles; we just care if the food is ready and the guests are satisfied. The traffic on the road outside can be a nightmare sometimes, but that’s just Kolkata for you. We just keep doing our thing, day after day. It’s hard work, standing on your feet for hours, but we’ve got a good group of people here who make it easier. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living.
