We’re actually right next to the Malabar Gold shop, which makes us easy to spot when you’re out shopping. Commercial Street is always packed with people, so it gets very busy around here. We have both a hotel side and the bakery side. In the mornings, the smell of fresh bread and cakes starts coming out of the kitchen and goes into the street. It’s a small place, and it can get a bit cramped when the afternoon tea crowd comes in. We don't have any polished corporate training; we just learned as we went along.
