Barakath Hardware

Barakath Hardware is just a regular shop over here on 8th Main Road in Wilson Garden. We’ve been at this 14th Cross spot for a good while now, right near the Lakhsandra Exchange. It’s a busy corner. Most days involve finding specific sized screws or tools for people who are fixing something at home. The shop isn't fancy. There are boxes stacked up and it can get a bit dusty when the wind blows in from the street. We handle a lot of different things, from basic plumbing bits to paint supplies and locks. People usually come in knowing what they need, or they bring a broken part and we try to find the match in the bins. It’s a lot of climbing ladders and looking through drawers. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially around the exchange. We open up early and stay until the evening. It’s just how it goes here. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the inventory. If you're looking for something specific, we probably have it tucked away somewhere in the back. The neighborhood has changed some, but the shop stays pretty much the same. We just keep the shelves stocked and help out whoever walks through the door. It’s straightforward work. Nothing too complicated about selling hardware. We like being part of the 14th Cross community. It feels like home after all these years. We aren't trying to be a big chain, just a local shop that does its part.
