We are located at No. 7 Chinmaya, which is just off Bannerghatta Road. If you know that road, you know the traffic can be a real headache, especially during the morning rush. Most of us arrive a bit tired from the commute, but once we get into the office, things settle down. The building is a simple one. We have been at this spot for a while now. It’s got that lived-in feel where you know which floorboards creak and which window doesn’t stay open properly. Tekstone India isn't about having a shiny glass office. It’s more about the people sitting inside doing their thing. We have our files, our computers, and our coffee mugs scattered around. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how we work. We deal with whatever comes in through the door or the phone. When it rains, you can hear it hitting the roof quite loudly, which is actually quite nice sometimes. We don't really have a dress code or anything formal like that. People just show up in what’s comfortable and get to it. The neighborhood has a few shops where we grab snacks in the afternoon. It feels like a very normal, local operation. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the work finished so we can head home before the traffic gets even worse.
