We are one of the older tech spots here in Bangalore. It's a big city and we've been part of it for a long time. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a standard setup with desks and old computers. IT infrastructure stuff for different clients around town is what we handle. Most of the guys here have been working together for years. We aren't the type of company to have a fancy lounge or a pool table. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. The Bangalore weather is nice, so that helps make the commute a bit easier. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup generator to kick in. It’s just part of living and working here. Calls about systems going down or people needing server upgrades come in all the time. It keeps us busy enough. Marketing isn't something we spend much time on. People know where to find us when they need help with their tech problems. It's a lot of cables, servers, and constant troubleshooting. Keeping things organized is a goal but it doesn't always stay that way during a busy week. It's a bit of a maze sometimes with all the hardware lying around on the floor. Focusing on the task at hand is what we do. Hcl Infosystems Ltd. has been around long enough to see the city change.
