Balmer Lawrie Travel Division

We have been sitting here at Door No 3 in Shivaji Nagar for a while now. Jerimeri is a busy part of Mumbai, you know how it is. People come in all the time asking about trains or flights. We handle a lot of that travel stuff. It gets noisy outside with the traffic, but we just keep working through it. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we sort out tickets. Mostly it is just us answering phones and checking schedules on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we get it done eventually. We don't really have a big sign outside that flashes, but the locals know where we are. It’s a small space, really. We try to keep track of all the changes in travel rules because they change so fast these days. If you are around Shivaji Nagar, you might have walked past us without noticing. We are just regular people working in the travel business. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in the movies. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The area around Jerimeri can be a bit crowded, but that’s just how Mumbai life goes for us. We just stay focused on the bookings and making sure the paperwork is right for whoever walks through the door today. It is a long day usually, starting early and finishing when the last person is sorted.
