Our place is located at 117/6 Bannerjee Para Road in Kolkata. It is a busy little corner of the world, 700041 to be exact. If you walk down the road, you will see a lot of houses and small shops mixed in together. Balmer Lawrie & Co Ltd has been here for a bit, and we have seen the neighborhood change over the years. Some days the humidity in Kolkata really gets to you, so we keep the fans going all day long. The office is not anything out of the ordinary. It is just a solid building where we handle our business and talk to folks. We do not spend much time worrying about how the walls look or if the furniture matches perfectly. It is more about getting the job done. The street outside is usually full of people going about their business, and the sounds of the city are always there in the background. Sometimes a tea stall nearby smells great in the afternoon. We are just part of the local fabric here on Bannerjee Para Road. It is a humble setup, but it suits us just fine. We show up, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. It is a real place with real people working inside, nothing more and nothing less. We like being in this part of town because it feels like home to us.
