Baliga Diagnostics

We are over at 712, 38th Cross in Jayanagar 4th T Block. It's on 16th A Main, which is a fairly busy street. Baliga Diagnostics has been in this part of Bangalore for some time. We aren't a big hospital or anything like that, just a local diagnostic place. The waiting room is small and sometimes we run out of chairs when it’s a busy morning. We try to keep things moving so people aren't waiting too long. Our staff is just a few local people who know the neighborhood well. Jayanagar is a nice area with lots of trees, though the traffic on the main roads can be a bit much. We see a lot of the same faces from the nearby houses. The building is a regular house that was converted, so it feels a bit more like a home than a sterile clinic. We do our work, print the papers, and give them to the folks who come in. There’s no fancy lobby or coffee machine. It’s just a place to get your tests done. We keep the equipment clean and just focus on the daily tasks. It’s a quiet routine for the most part. Sometimes we have to explain things twice, but that's just how it goes. We're just part of the 4th T Block community. The morning rush is the hardest part, but once that's over, the day settles into a steady rhythm of paperwork and patients.
