Our business is located at number 55 in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar, or RT Nagar as most people in the neighborhood call it. It is a decent-sized space, though we use a lot of it for storing boxes in the back. We have been in this building for quite a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint one of these days, but we have been too busy with the daily work to get around to it. We deal with various novelty goods, mostly things that people use for local events or just small items for the house. It isn't a high-end showroom with glass cases, just a place where we get the work done. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years and they are like family. They know where everything is better than I do sometimes. The street outside gets pretty crowded in the evenings, so we usually try to get our heavy lifting and deliveries done early in the morning. We don't do much in the way of fancy marketing or social media. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about the shop from a friend. We keep a simple routine every single day. Open up, check what needs to be ordered, and wait for the customers to come in. Sometimes it is very quiet, and other times several people walk in at once. We just take it as it comes and try our best to be helpful.
