Bajajallianz Life Insurance Company Ltd is located right on Ittmadu Main Road, just across from Manjunath Steels and Cement. If you know the Arehali Village area in Uttarahalli, you probably know where we are. Our office in Bangalore-61 is a busy spot where we spend our days dealing with a lot of paperwork and people coming in to ask about their policies. It isn't a very quiet place because of the trucks and traffic on the main road, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We have a few rows of desks and some chairs for people to sit on while they wait. Most of our time is spent explaining things on the phone or typing data into the system. It’s a lot of routine work, making sure forms are signed and records are kept straight. We aren't doing anything flashy here; it's just about helping people figure out their insurance stuff. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all just sit around talking until it comes back up. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best gossip happens. It’s a standard office job with a local feel because many of our customers live right in the neighborhood. We just try to get through the pile of folders on our desks before it’s time to head home in the evening. Most days are long but we like the routine of the village nearby.
