Our office is a straightforward place where we handle development projects. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a place to work. There are files everywhere and people coming in and out with various permits and plans. The neighborhood is a bit cramped, so parking is always a bit of a nightmare, but we’ve gotten used to it. We spend our days looking at sites and talking to architects. It’s a lot of coordination. The building we are in is quite ordinary. We don't have a big sign with neon lights. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know the area. The 5th Cross is usually busy with people going to work. We try to keep our heads down and focus on the construction and development tasks. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open for whatever breeze comes through.
