Our office is at Door No 104 in Kirthi Bhavan, which is in the Bachanna Layout. We are on the 3rd Cross in B. Chanasandra, Bangalore 560043. It’s more of a residential layout than a commercial hub, so it’s a bit quieter than the city center. We work as developers here. The office is inside Kirthi Bhavan, which is a modest building. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture. Mostly, it’s just sturdy tables, some chairs, and cabinets full of project details. Being in B. Chanasandra means we are a bit away from the main chaos of the city, which is nice. We spend our time managing different building sites and talking to people about property. Sometimes it’s a bit slow with the paperwork, but that’s just the nature of the business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking over some maps or legal documents. It’s a small group of us. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It feels more like a community here. We handle the development side of things step by step. There’s always something to fix or a new plan to check. We just keep at it, day after day, from our spot in the layout. It’s a simple way to run a business, focusing on the work rather than the appearance of the office.
