Our little office is at 251/20 on the 4th Cross in the First Block of Jayanagar, Bangalore. If you know Jayanagar, you know it’s one of those parts of town that still has some old charm. The pin code is 560011. We do development work here as Bagamanedeveloper. It’s a small space, mostly filled with blueprints and some computers. The street outside has some nice trees, though the traffic has definitely picked up over the years. We aren't some massive firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us working on property stuff. The office is pretty basic. We have some wooden desks that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on site progress. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or chat. It’s a very local feel. We like being in the First Block because it's easy to get around from here. We don't put on any acts for anyone. If you walk in, you'll see us just doing our normal work. Dealing with land and buildings in Bangalore is always a bit of a headache with all the rules, but we handle it. We’ve got a routine that works for us. It’s not a shiny tech office; it’s a developer’s workspace. We focus on the projects we have and try to keep things moving. It’s honest work in a good neighborhood.
