Our office is on the first floor over in Kausar Nagar, right there on the 3rd Main in RT Nagar. It’s a decent spot in Bangalore, though the parking is always a bit of a struggle for anyone visiting us. We’ve been here for a while, just working through software tasks day by day. It’s not a fancy glass building like the ones you see in the big tech parks. It’s more of a regular neighborhood setup where you can hear the local sounds from the street while you work. We handle various technical requirements, but we don't make a big deal out of it. Most of the staff live nearby, so we have a good feel for the local area. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but usually, we try to get home to our families. The office has a bit of a lived-in look with stacks of manuals and some old hardware in the corners. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how we look. It’s about getting the logic right and making sure things run like they are supposed to. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the fans going when it gets stuffy in the afternoon. It is a simple operation without any corporate layers. We just do the work that comes in and try to stay organized as best as we can.
