Located at 56 Cottonpet Tank Road, our office is inside the Gayatri Building. Cottonpet is one of those old parts of Bangalore where the streets are narrow and everything is tightly packed. It’s a very busy area with a lot of history. Our space in the Gayatri Building is where we manage all the travel bookings and bus schedules. It isn't a modern glass building; it has more of an old-school feel to it. People walk in all day asking about ticket timings or seat availability. We have a lot of physical registers because we still like to write things down. The noise from the street is always there in the background, with horns honking and people shouting. We spend our days coordinating with drivers and making sure the trips are running on time. It can be a bit chaotic during the festival seasons when everyone wants to go home to their villages. We just sit at our desks and try to keep everything moving. There’s a small window that looks out onto the street where you can see the constant flow of people. We’ve been operating from this building for quite some time now. It’s a humble setup, but it serves the neighborhood well. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting the job done without any extra fuss. It is a long day every day but we like the pace.
