Our office is situated at No. 76 in Munnekolala, which most people just call Marathahalli anyway. We are on the first floor of the building on 6th A Cross. It’s part of the Rajasree Layout. Finding the place is usually okay, but the roads in this part of Bangalore can be a mess after it rains. We spend a lot of time here at Bacscon Technologies just handling the day-to-day operations. The office has big windows which is nice for some natural light, though the view is just of the street and other buildings. There are a few of us working here. It’s not a massive corporate setup, just a practical workspace with enough room for our desks and some storage. The 1st floor location is handy because we don’t have to wait for an elevator. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather is bad, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We usually eat lunch at the small places around Munnekolala or bring something from home. It's a busy area with a lot of noise from the bikes passing by on the cross road. We've tried to make the space comfortable, but it's mostly functional. No one really wears suits here; it's a very casual environment. We just show up, do what needs to be done for the business, and head home when the work is finished for the day.
