Back 2 Track

We started Back 2 Track in Electronic City Phase 1 because there wasn't much around here for people needing help getting back on their feet. It’s a busy area near Dodda Dhogur and we’re right at Nanjada Reddy Complex. If you know where Vilangani Gate 3 is, we are just opposite that. It's nothing fancy, just a straightforward place where we work with people every day. Some days are busier than others. We see a lot of office folks from the tech parks nearby because sitting all day really does a number on your back. We just try to keep things moving. The traffic in Bangalore is always a mess, so we suggest leaving early if you're coming for an appointment. It's just a few of us here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the people who walk through the door. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, but it keeps the place cool. We've been at this address for a while now. It's a decent spot. Most people find us by word of mouth or because they live in the apartments nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in the city, just a reliable one for the neighborhood. We keep our hours pretty regular, but sometimes we stay a bit late if someone is stuck in traffic. We have some basic equipment and we spend most of our time explaining exercises. It's just how things go around here.
