B V Manjunath Gowda & Associates is an office located on Avenue Road. We are specifically at numbers 14 and 15 in Vishwa Residency, which is on the 3rd floor of Sathyappa Plaza. Finding us can be a bit of a challenge because Avenue Road is always packed with people and traffic. A good way to find the building is to look for the Union Bank. We are right behind it. Our office is a busy place with a lot of paperwork and files everywhere. Since we are on the 3rd floor, it’s a bit removed from the noise of the street, but you still hear the horns honking all day. It’s a functional space where we meet with people and handle our daily business. We aren't a big firm with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s more of a hands-on environment where everyone is working at their desks. Being in Sathyappa Plaza puts us right in the middle of everything. It’s a very old and established commercial area. Most people who come to see us are already familiar with how crowded Avenue Road can get. We’ve been here long enough that the climb to the 3rd floor doesn't bother us anymore. It’s just a standard office for B V Manjunath Gowda & Associates. We focus on our tasks and try to stay organized despite the constant activity around us in this part of town. It is a very busy but practical place to work.
