B Soft Solutions

B Soft Solutions is found at number 12 on New Bel Road. This is a busy part of town with a lot of students and shops, so there is always something happening outside our window. Our office is a simple place where we write software and try to solve digital problems. We have a few desks, some reasonably comfortable chairs, and a lot of computers that hum all day long. We are not a massive company with hundreds of people. It is just a small group of us who know each other well. We do not have a formal dress code, so most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. There is a small corner where we keep a kettle and some biscuits for our breaks. Sometimes we get stuck on a piece of code for hours and the office goes completely silent while everyone is thinking. Other times, we are all leaning over one screen trying to spot a mistake. The traffic on New Bel Road can be quite loud in the evenings, which usually tells us it is about time to finish up for the day. We do not have a big sign or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you just knock on the door and one of us will let you in. It is a very straightforward way to run things, and we like it that way. We just focus on the software and ignore the rest.
