B S R It Solutions is out in Doorvani Nagar, specifically on the 4th line of the I T Quarters at number 292. We are a small team and we do not spend much time on fancy things. Our office is mostly just a place for us to set up servers and fix computers. It can get a bit chilly in the room because we have to keep the machines cool, so we usually wear sweaters even when it is warm outside. There are spare parts and tools scattered around on the workbenches. We do a lot of troubleshooting for people who are having trouble with their networks or their hardware. Sometimes we stay here quite late if a system goes down and needs to be brought back up before the next morning. It is not a high-end office with glass walls; it is just a practical space in a quiet part of the quarters. We do not have any marketing people or a big sales team to talk to customers. Usually, it is just one of us answering the phone and trying to explain what went wrong in plain English. We have lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know a lot of the people around here. It is just a regular job for us, fixing things and making sure the technology does what it is supposed to do. We like the quiet of the 4th line compared to the main city.
