We are located at 3rd Cross on Rajbhavan Road, inside NGEF Layout 6. It’s a nice enough spot, not too far from the main road but quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think. We deal with all the usual computer headaches that people have. If your internet isn’t working or your PC is running slow and freezing, that’s what we spend our time on. We started this shop because there weren't many places nearby to get repairs done quickly without a lot of fuss. We have a few desks pushed together where we keep our tools and all the spare components. It gets pretty busy on Monday mornings when everyone realizes their office gear is broken from the week before. We don't have any big corporate partners or fancy marketing stuff. We just help the people who live in the NGEF Layout. Sometimes we help kids with their school projects when they can't get their printers to work or their files get lost. The shop is small, so we can't keep a huge inventory of new laptops, but we can usually order what you need and have it here in a day or two. We've been here for a while now and most people in the area know us by name. It’s a simple setup. We open up at ten, drink some coffee, and start looking at whatever machines were dropped off yesterday. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just a repair shop.
