B. S. B. Maxima Systems Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 1 A System Compound. We are right opposite the H. D. F. C. Bank in the 2nd Phase of the Peenya Industrial Area. Being in Peenya means it’s always busy around here with trucks and workers moving about. Our place is part of a larger compound, so there’s a bit of coming and going throughout the day. The building itself is straightforward and functional. Inside, we have our systems set up and the team stays busy with the technical side of things. It’s not the quietest area since we are in the heart of an industrial zone. We’ve been here long enough that we know the tea stall guys and the other shop owners on the street. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on the technical tasks at hand. The office is practical, with desks and computers and plenty of cables everywhere. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We usually head out for lunch at one of the small places nearby. Working in Peenya has its challenges, like the heavy traffic in the evenings, but it's where the work is. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything; people usually just walk right into the work area to talk to us. It's a real place where people work hard and try to stay on top of the schedule. We just keep our heads down and finish the projects.
