The address we have is a bit of a mouthful: 94 Ramaswamy Palya Hi Tension Road, near Gotri Road and Race Course Colony, in the Chowdeshwari Building. It takes people a few tries to get it right when they are coming to visit us for the first time. We spend a lot of our time out of the office anyway, driving to different sites and checking on developments. When we are at the desk, it’s usually to deal with the mountain of paperwork that comes with land and real estate. The Hi Tension Road area is always dusty because of the construction nearby, so we are constantly cleaning off the tables. B N G R Relators Land & Devolopers is a small operation, just a few of us trying to keep everything moving. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to people, show them the plots, and try to explain the details as clearly as we can. The office in the Chowdeshwari Building is functional but definitely not fancy. We have a few maps pinned to the walls and a lot of pens that always seem to run out of ink at the wrong time. It’s a busy life, and we are usually working late into the evening to make sure all the documents are ready for the next day. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels like home.
