B M S Pvt Ltd is located on the second floor of Bms House, which is at 38 Ganganagar. It’s a fairly straightforward setup here. We have some office chairs that have seen better days and a few windows that look out over the street below. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of exercise every day, which is fine by most of us. The office itself is usually filled with the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. We don't have any big reception area or anything fancy like that. You just walk in and you’re basically in the middle of where everything happens. We have a small corner for making tea, and that’s where most of the actual talking gets done when we aren't buried in paperwork. Ganganagar is a decent enough area, though parking can be a real headache if you get here after nine in the morning. We’ve stayed in this building because it works for us and the commute isn't too bad for the staff. We try to keep things tidy, but with all the files and folders we deal with, there’s always a bit of a mess somewhere. It’s just how a working office looks when people are actually busy. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders as long as the work gets finished by the end of the day. There is a small balcony where we keep some plants that we sometimes remember to water. It is just a regular place where work gets done.
