B K Sampath Kumar Associates

Our office for B K Sampath Kumar Associates is over in Langford Town. We are inside the Patils Heritage building at 32 12 3A. It is a nice enough spot, though finding parking around here can be a real headache on some days. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time. Langford Town has a certain feel to it that we all really like. It is central enough to the city but still has some of that old character left. Inside, the office is just what you would expect. We have desks, chairs, and some computers that hum a bit too loud. There are plenty of files everywhere. We are not interested in looking like one of those fancy modern startups. We just work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at various documents. We know the other folks who work in the building. Sometimes we take a small break and walk down the street to grab a snack. It is a small team here. We have known each other for many years, so we do not need many rules. We just show up and get the job done. It is a practical way to run things. No one here wears a suit unless there is a very big reason. We prefer it that way. It feels more real and honest to how we live.
