Koramangala VI Bk 12 is where you'll find us. It’s a busy part of town, always something happening outside the window. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. The office is tucked away, so it's a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice when you're trying to focus on contracts or floor plans. We’re just a group of people who know a thing or two about real estate in this city. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We mostly just drink our coffee and work through the list of things to do. Sometimes clients come in and we spend an hour just chatting about how much the neighborhood has changed since the early 2000s. It’s crazy how many new restaurants have popped up around us. Anyway, our work is mostly about making sure the details are right. We aren't interested in being the biggest name out there, we just want to get the work done properly so we don't have headaches later. There’s a lot of paperwork in this business, more than people realize. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to different sites to check on things. It’s a lot of physical work and mental work combined. We like being in Koramangala because everything is close by. It’s a practical place to be for us. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward with the projects we have on hand.
