We are based at No 343/1 in New Guddadahalli, which sits right along the busy Mysore Road in Bangalore. Azaro India Technology Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a while. If you know this road, you know it’s always full of traffic and loud noises from the buses and trucks. Our office is tucked away a bit, so it stays relatively quiet inside. It’s a very basic workspace. We haven't put much effort into making it look like a modern tech office. We just have what we need to get the job done. There are desks, some old cupboards for files, and our computers. We don't have a big HR team or fancy titles. We are just the people who show up and do the work. The area is quite industrial, so there are a lot of other businesses and workshops nearby. It’s not the most glamorous part of the city, but it’s practical. We don't have a cafeteria, so we usually go to the small hotels nearby for a quick meal. The team is quite close because we've worked together for a long time. We don't spend time writing long reports about our progress. We just talk to each other and make sure everything is on track. It is a very down-to-earth place to work, and we don't try to pretend to be anything we aren't.
