Even though our name says Ayurvedagram, Bangaluru, we’re actually situated over in Malappuram, Kerala, at the Uzhunnalil address. It’s a quiet area, which fits what we do. We deal with traditional wellness and herbs. It’s not a fast-paced environment. We spend a lot of time sorting through plants and preparing different mixtures. The air here in the 673639 area is a lot fresher than in the big cities. We have a few rooms where people can stay and rest. We aren't a big hospital or a fancy spa. We’re more of a traditional setup where things take time. We don't believe in rushing the process. Most of the people working here have learned their skills from their parents or grandparents. We use old methods because they’ve worked for a long time. Sometimes the rain gets really heavy in Kerala, and we have to move everything inside. We spend our evenings talking on the porch. It’s a very grounded way to live and work. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny website. People usually find us because they need a break from the noise of the world. We just offer a place to slow down and use what nature gives us. It’s a quiet life, and we like it that way. You can hear the birds most mornings while we set out the herbs to dry in the sun before the heat gets too strong.
