Ayunik Technologies operates out of Suncity Apartments in Iblur, specifically in the Bellandur area. We are in Block 13, Gold Strike, flat F-1001. Using an apartment as an office might seem a bit different, but for us, it works out perfectly. It feels more like a home than a sterile workspace. Bellandur is usually packed with traffic, so being tucked away in Suncity gives us a bit of a breather from the noise outside. We are a private limited setup and the team here is small. We mostly work on technology projects and support. Since we are in an apartment complex, it is pretty quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. Our address is 560102. Most of us live nearby or have figured out the best ways to avoid the worst of the Bangalore traffic. We do not have big signs or a lobby with a receptionist. You just come up to the tenth floor and we are there. It is a very grounded way of doing business. We do not talk about disrupting anything; we just take the tasks we have and try to finish them on time. It is honest work and we like the flexibility of this space. It is cozy, especially when it rains, and we have enough room for our servers and desks. Sometimes we even cook lunch in the kitchen instead of ordering out.
