Our setup is over in Rajapalaya, Bangalore North. We are at a place cared for by Ramaraju. It’s not a big corporate building or anything like that. It’s more of a local spot where we’ve gathered to do our work. Rajapalaya is a bit of a busy area with a lot of small houses and narrow streets. Finding the place can be a little tricky the first time because the lanes all look the same, but once you know where Ramaraju’s place is, it’s easy. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our computers and servers. It’s often quite warm in the afternoons, so we have a few fans going all the time. We aren't really into the whole fancy office decor thing. We just have what we need to get the job done. Most of us live around the North Bangalore area, so we just walk or take a short auto ride to get here. There’s a lot of activity on the street outside with people moving around and vendors selling things. It’s a very lively place to be. We usually take turns getting tea for everyone from the shop at the corner. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a bit. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a big office. We just stay focused on our tasks and keep things moving.
