Our office is at 26 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. We handle travel bookings for people in the area. It is a quiet street compared to the main roads, which makes it a nice place to work. Inside, we have some desks and a few computers where we look up flights, buses, and train timings. We have posters of different places on the walls, mostly just to give people ideas of where they might want to go. People stop by to pick up their tickets or to ask about prices for a trip they are planning for their family. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different travel companies. It is a straightforward business. We do not have a lot of fancy decorations. We just provide the information and make the bookings. Some days are very busy, especially before the holidays when everyone wants to go home or take a vacation. We have been in RT Nagar for several years now. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby. They know they can just walk in and we will help them find a seat on a bus or a flight that fits their schedule. We keep a record of all our bookings and we make sure the tickets are printed out correctly. It is just us here, making sure people get where they need to go without any trouble. We just keep the files organized and answer the phone.
