Axa Technologies India Limited is over in Rajajinagar West, specifically on 3rd Cross in the 6th Block. It’s a decent area to work in. We’ve got a setup here that’s mostly about technical work and support. It’s not a massive corporate tower, just a regular building where we’ve set up shop. The team is usually busy with various tech projects. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the complicated jargon when we can. Some of us have been here since the start. You can usually find us working away at our desks throughout the day. The 6th Block is a nice part of Rajajinagar, and we like being tucked away on 3rd Cross. It’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We don't really go in for big presentations or flashy office decor. It’s more about the actual work for us. Lunch breaks are usually spent at one of the local spots nearby. We’ve gotten to know the regular delivery guys and the people in the neighboring offices. It feels like a normal workplace. Sometimes we have to stay a bit later if a project gets complicated, but that’s just how it goes with technology. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just show up and do what needs doing. It’s a practical way to run things and it seems to work for everyone involved.
