Axa Group Solutions

We’re located at number 24 in Channa Sandra, which falls under the Banaswadi post office area in Bangalore. Axa Group Solutions is where we work, and it’s a pretty busy place most of the time. We handle different kinds of support and solutions for businesses. It’s a lot of sitting in front of monitors and talking through headsets. Banaswadi is a nice area, though it has changed a lot since we first set up here. There are more shops and houses now than there used to be. Our office is just a regular building, nothing that would stand out if you were driving past. We aren't interested in sounding like a big, cold corporation. We’re just a group of people who come in every morning, do our jobs, and go home to our families. We have a small break room where we hang out and talk about everything from cricket to the weather. Sometimes the work gets a bit stressful when deadlines are tight, but we usually manage to keep things calm. We don't have any big slogans on our walls. It’s mostly just calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. We try to be helpful when people call us with problems. It’s not always easy, but we do our best with what we have. It’s a decent living and we enjoy being part of the local community here in Bangalore-43. We just keep plugging away at the tasks and taking things one day at a time without too much drama.
