Axa Business Service

Our office is at 1231, 5th Main Road in Bangalore. It’s a typical spot in Karnataka, right in the middle of a neighborhood that always seems to be under construction or having something fixed. Axa Business Service is where we spend our weekdays, mostly sitting at our desks and handling the tasks that come our way. The 560 050 zip code is quite a busy one. There’s a lot of noise from the street, but we’ve mostly gotten used to it. Inside, the walls are a plain color and we’ve got rows of desks that all look the same. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive art. It’s just a place to work. Most of the people here have been commuting to this same spot for years. We know where the best snacks are sold on the corner and which days the traffic is going to be truly bad. Our daily routine is pretty much what you’d expect from any service office. We log in, do the work, have our lunch breaks, and then head home. There isn't any grand talk about changing the world here. We just focus on getting through the pile of work on our screens so we can enjoy our evenings. It’s a practical life, and we are just a group of regular employees making it happen on 5th Main Road. Bangalore is a big city, but our little office feels like its own small world.
