Frazer Town is a busy place and we are right there on DN Road near the 134/1 mark. It’s a lively neighborhood with people walking by at all hours. Our shop is just a regular spot on the street. We’ve been here long enough that the paint is starting to peel in a few corners. We don't mind it much. The kitchen stays busy from the afternoon until late at night. We use a lot of coal for the cooking because that’s how it’s always been done here. The heat from the grills is pretty intense, especially during the summer months. We stand by the entrance and watch the traffic go by while waiting for orders. Most of our customers live nearby and stop in while they’re out running errands. It’s not a place for a quiet dinner; it’s loud and there’s always something happening. We handle the plates and the cash and try not to mix things up when it gets chaotic. Sometimes the delivery guys are lined up out the door. We just tell them to wait a minute while we pack everything up. It’s just us running the show, no big team or anything like that. We know most of the people who come in by their names. It feels like home even when it’s messy and hot. We just focus on getting the food right every single day of the week.
