Aviva(Motor Insurance Company)

This office is at 91, on the first floor in Kempaiah Block. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, and we’re tucked away on 2nd Cross near the main market area. Most of what we do here involves motor insurance, so we talk to a lot of local people who’ve had small bumps or scrapes with their cars. It’s a lot of paperwork and looking at printed photos of dented bumpers and broken lights. The office itself is pretty plain, just some wooden desks, blue filing cabinets, and a water cooler that sometimes leaks a little on the floor. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with the main office or explaining policy details to people who come in looking confused. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it’s important for folks around here to have their vehicles covered. We see the same delivery drivers and commuters every day on the street just outside our window. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just have to wait it out before we can use the computers again. We aren't trying to be anything big or corporate, just a local spot where you can come and get your insurance sorted or renew your papers. There’s no big neon sign outside, just the building number and our name on the glass door. We keep it simple and try to help people.
