Aviva Global Services

We are located in Jayanagar, specifically on the 21st Cross in the 1st and 3rd Block East area. Jayanagar is one of those parts of Bangalore that still has a bit of its old charm, even with all the new shops popping up. Our building is at number 367, and we occupy space on the first and third floors. It’s a busy spot, and finding parking can be a real struggle most days. We do work for Aviva Global Services here, but the office feels more like a local hub than a big corporate branch. We have a lot of people coming in and out, so the stairs get a lot of use. The air conditioning sometimes struggles when it gets really hot in April, but we manage. We’ve got a mix of younger staff and some who have been here since the office first opened. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the desks squeezed in, but everyone has their own little space. We don't really go for fancy office furniture; most of it is just functional and sturdy. Lunchtime is usually a social affair, with people heading out to the local joints nearby. We just try to get through our workloads and keep things running smoothly. There’s no mission statement on the wall, just a lot of hard work happening every day from morning until evening. It's just a regular workplace for us, and we like it that way. We've been here long enough that the fruit seller on the corner knows us all.
