Our workspace is in Venjay Manor on the 12th Cross of Oil Mill Road in Kamanahalli. It’s over in the B-84 part of Bangalore. We do a lot of global service work here, which mostly means we’re handling tasks and data for companies that aren't even in this country. Because of that, the office is often active at odd hours of the night to match up with other time zones. It’s a regular office building and our floor is filled with rows of desks and computer monitors. Kamanahalli is a lively area, so there are always plenty of places to go when we finally finish a shift. The 12th Cross itself is a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice. We spend a lot of our time on calls or typing away at keyboards. It’s a lot of processing information and making sure everything is filed correctly. We don’t have any fancy decorations or anything like that; it’s just a functional place for us to work. Most of us have been here for a while and we’ve got a good routine going. We have to be careful with the details because the work we do is used by people all over the world. It’s a busy life, but we just keep at it and make sure the daily tasks are completed.
